PNC just got 7.5 billion of the bailout money. Instead of using it for loans and help on foreclosures that are affecting people all over America, PNC used it to buy other banks. Retarded? Yes. Selfish, definitely. But I guess everyone is trying to watch their own asses in this economy, but I don't think that bail out money should go to a bank like PNC just so that they can buy up more banks. Why? Because they're corrupt. But then again, who isn't? I guess I think more of the issue because I'm used to my mom telling me stories of PNC setting up fake accounts, scams, embezzling peoples' money and how they got in trouble with the feds but only had to pay a small fine. I guess karma kicked in when the market crashed  after 9/11 and their stock dropped. But then again, it cut peoples 401k in half. People had the 401k plan because it was tax-free, it seemed like a good plan for retirement even though you had to dedicate a portion of your wage into some long-term savings that you wouldn't see until old age. Why not just take the money off the table when the markets doing good? Because the IRS will tax you a 30 percent penalty. These agencies are robbing people without a gun. At least it should boost their stock and thus increase people's pensions. Obama's first executive action was asking for the 350 billion in bail out money from Bush. I trust he'll do the right thing with it. He understands what it is to be in the working class.
